RT-160 INDUSTRIAL DRYING OVEN
A double walled unit mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Inner and outer made of heavy MS sheet with outer duly hammer tone painted and inner with high temperature aluminum paint. The gap between two walls is filled with high-grade mineral wool to minimize thermal loss. Brackets to support the heavily laden drying trays at adjustable height are provided on the sides of inner walls. Fitted with Strip type Air Heaters. Temperature range from +5ºC ambient to 2500C± 20C at 150ºC and ±30C up to 2500C, controlled by Digital Temp. Indicator cum Controller. Ventilation is provided with adjustable opening at the top to exhaust the fumes or vapors produced during processing. A fan is fitted for forced air circulation to ensure uniform heating throughout the inner chamber. A separate control panel is fitted to the chamber with individual control for ON / OFF and air circulating fan. To work on 220V or 440 V AC supply. Supplied without trays.
