The Ice Flaking machine is an automated unit that employs running tap water to convert it into ice flakes with great efficiency, which is housed in a corrosion resistant Stainless Steel body that has been duly coated to provide it the aforementioned characteristic. Furthermore, the ice crushing apparatus too is constructed from hardened Stainless Steel to provide it with better longevity and performance. A float valve controls the inflow of water which is necessary for maintaining requisite water levels without being affected by pressure variations at the water input line and also possesses an automatic cut off switch mechanism in case of low water supply or when it is altogether absent. A Stainless Steel container lined with Poly Urethane Foam (PUF) is used for collecting the ice flakes, whose removal is made viable by a Stainless Steel Tap door that has a push mechanism for removing ice . Moreover, an Ice Level Controller offers the facility of system switch off in case of ice accumulation in the container, which it is above the threshold level and also fitted with a drain line for periodic cleaning of the container.
