In order to provide optimal conditions for undert6aking a number of qaulity control tests, Humidity And Temperature Control Cabinets are idela solution as provide for controlled conditions of temperature and humidity. Their construction is based ona dual layer of inner and outer wall with the former made of Stainless Steel sheets and the latter fabricated form Mild Steel sheets coated with a layer of epoxy powder respectively, while the space between them is filled with high quality mineral wool insulation foir prevention of thermal loss. Based on a double walled door architecture, it boasts high transparency clear glass windows for better monitoring, coupled with a synthetic rubber magnetic gasket with a lock and key configration. In order to maintain requisite temperature and humidity conditions throughout the chamber, an air circulation fan is fitted which provides a temperature range of +5°C ambient to 60°C, ± 1°C at 50°C, controlled by an automated Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) Digital Temperature Indicator which is based on Microprocessors. A dedicated Digital Humidity Controller is installed for providing optimal humidity conditions by means of Steam Injection mechanism, that gives a range of 95% ±3% RH with respect to atmospheric humidity. The whole unit is mounted on castor wheel and operates on a 220/230 volts AC current supply.
